5 Ways to Get a Replacement Medicare Card
#1 - Call Medicare at 800-633-4227
#2 - call Social Security at 800-772-1213
#3 - Go To Your Local Social Security Office (as a Walk-in)
#4 - Request Online Through Your My Social Security Account
Login to your SSA.gov account
In the account dashboard, scroll down a bit to the Medicare Enrollment Details section
Click on the link that says “Replace your Medicare card”
Then click the blue button that says “Mail My Replacement Medicare Card”
#5 - Request or Print Online Through Your My Medicare Account
Login to your Medicare.gov account
The main dashboard has a section titled What do you want to do? — click the link that says “Get my Medicare card”
Then re-enter your account password to gain access to your Medicare card
Now you can either print a copy of the card, or save as a PDF, by clicking the green button that says “Print Medicare Card”
If you want to request a copy by mail, click the green button that says “Order Medicare Card”
